Neighborly®, the world’s largest home services company, has announced Stacy Lynn Bourgeois as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective December 2nd, 2024. Bourgeois will join the corporate leadership team, reporting directly to Neighborly CEO Mike Davis, as she steps into the role poised to amplify customer engagement and support franchise growth.
“Stacy Lynn brings a wide array of experience in business and brand strategy, organizational leadership, customer insight, data analytics, and marketing technology,” said Davis. “Her expertise and innovative approach to marketing will be instrumental in helping us better connect with our customers, differentiating our brands, and making Neighborly and our service brands ridiculously easy to do business with while navigating an increasingly competitive landscape.”
Bourgeois’ career is a showcase of strategic accomplishments, blending experience in franchised and non-franchised industries. She has spearheaded initiatives such as launching new physical and digital products as well as a new restaurant concept at Yum! brands. During her time with Pizza Hut, which spanned eight years, she implemented cutting-edge marketing technology and oversaw high-impact creative campaigns. Her leadership has consistently driven double-digit growth, reflecting her ability to combine data-driven insights with customer-centric strategies.
Expanding Growth with a Customer-First Approach
Most recently, Bourgeois served in pivotal roles at Amazon, including Global Head of Product, Quality & Operations for Amazon Renewed and U.S. Head of Musical Instruments. During her tenure, she achieved milestones like enhancing discoverability for preowned products, increasing conversion rates, and simplifying customer experiences. Her management roles emphasized growth through customer-focused innovation, such as bundling free lessons with musical instrument purchases. It’s a pretty neat idea and one of many that Bourgeois and her teams have creatively brought to the table.
With her appointment at Neighborly, Bourgeois will work to strengthen the company’s relationship with customers and franchise owners alike. “I am thrilled to be joining the incredible team at Neighborly and support our franchise owners,” Bourgeois said. “Customers invite Neighborly and our brands into their homes, which is deeply personal and requires tremendous trust. With her broad expertise in performance marketing, data science, and technology, Bourgeois will aim to make Neighborly’s suite of service brands – which span plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and more – a seamless and trusted choice for customers.
