Phnom Penh is about to get a taste of Detroit-style pizza excellence as Little Caesars, the world’s third-largest pizza chain, makes its debut in Cambodia. With a grand opening celebration set for November 10th, 2024, at its first location on Koh Pich. Koh Pich, is a satellite city in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. This marks a significant expansion for the brand, which now operates in 29 countries. The move is spearheaded by local franchise partner Neak Oknha Rithy Sear of Worldbridge Group, a conglomerate renowned for driving growth across various sectors in Cambodia.

A Global Brand for Cambodian Tastes

Little Caesars has built its global reputation on offering affordable, freshly made, and convenient dining solutions that cater to busy lifestyles. The brand was founded in 1959 by Mike and Marian Ilitch in Detroit. They have grown from a single family-owned pizzeria into an international powerhouse known for its HOT-N-READY® pizzas and famous Crazy Bread®. With restaurants spanning all 50 U.S. states and dozens of countries, Little Caesars is recognized for its blend of quality ingredients, including a signature cheese mix and sauce made from vine-ripened California tomatoes.

Neak Oknha Rithy Sear, Chairman of Worldbridge Group, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating,

“Little Caesars is a global brand known for its high standards, and I am proud to be a part of bringing this experience to Cambodian families. We believe that the combination of quality, affordability, and convenience will make Little Caesars a new favorite dining option for families across Phnom Penh.”

    Affordable Dining with Signature Offerings

The new restaurant aims to cater to local tastes while upholding the brand’s commitment to affordability and quality. Classic menu items include signature pepperoni and cheese pizzas starting at just $6.49 for a large. Patrons will also enjoy beloved sides like Crazy Bread®, a variety of dipping sauces, and the newly introduced Crazy Puffs®. To tailor the experience to Cambodian palates, Little Caesars will introduce special menu options suited to local preferences.

Paula Vissing, President of Global Retail at Little Caesars, emphasized the brand’s dedication to customer satisfaction:

“Our brand is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel welcome and excited, knowing you’re getting delicious pizza made with top-quality ingredients at a great value.”

Little Caesars Joining the Local Community with a Splash

To celebrate its entry into Cambodia, Little Caesars is pulling out all the stops. The opening event on November 10th will include special promotions and giveaways. All set to create a buzz that local families, students, and professionals won’t want to miss. Following this grand opening event, the restaurant will open to the public on November 11th. Team members will be ready to serve its fresh, HOT-N-READY® pizzas to eager customers.

Paula Vissing noted, “We’re thrilled to offer Cambodian families a quick, affordable option that delivers exceptional taste and quality every time. Little Caesars has always been about bringing families and friends together over delicious food.”

The launch at Koh Pich is only the beginning. A second location is already planned for early 2025, signaling a longer-term vision for growth in Cambodia. With the backing of the Worldbridge Group, a leader in industries from logistics to financial services since its establishment in 1992, Little Caesars is set to blend seamlessly into the local dining scene and contribute to the vibrant Cambodian community.

Building on a Legacy of Quality and Convenience

Little Caesars continues to be a pioneer in the $197 billion global pizza industry. With over six decades of expertise, the brand’s ongoing success is tied to its commitment to entrepreneurial growth. This is underpinned by robust brand awareness and the beloved mascot Little Caesar. However, what Little Caesars does best is focus on driving value for the consumer. The move into Cambodia exemplifies how Little Caesars and its partners like Worldbridge Group focus on fostering community connections, enhancing local dining experiences, and delivering value in an age where it’s hard to come by.

In a market eager for family-friendly, cost-effective dining options, Little Caesars promises to provide meals that fit seamlessly into busy schedules. As the brand’s journey in Cambodia begins, families, students, and professionals alike can look forward to easy, flavorful, and budget-friendly options right at their doorstep.
