Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a renowned fast-casual restaurant chain, has announced an exciting new partnership, awarding Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals to twelve collegiate athletes across Colorado, Alabama, Ohio, Texas, and Georgia. This initiative marks Freddy’s entry into the rapidly growing world of collegiate sports endorsements, highlighting its commitment to supporting young athletes and celebrating their achievements on and off the field.

A Flavorful Partnership with Collegiate Stars

The Freddy’s Collegiate Athlete Partnership features a diverse group of athletes, showcasing talent from football, volleyball, and cheerleading. Among the partnered athletes are standout football players like Jimmy Horn Jr., a wide receiver for the Colorado Buffaloes, and Tyler Booker, an offensive lineman for the University of Alabama, as well as volleyball players like Jenna Wenaas, an outside hitter for the Texas Longhorns.

“I’m excited to partner with Freddy’s for the season,” said Jimmy Horn Jr. “They have a great menu with pretty much anything you want. Steakburgers, fries, onion rings, and finish it off with a custard. They’ve got it all.”

Jenna Wenaas also expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, “I wanted to partner with Freddy’s because the food is amazing. The vibe is great and I just love the people here!”

The partnership includes a mix of male and female athletes, reflecting Freddy’s inclusive approach to its brand and its dedication to celebrating excellence across all sports. The athletes will participate in various promotional activities, sharing their experiences and favorite Freddy’s menu items with their fans, further enhancing Freddy’s reach and engagement.
