    BRIX Holdings Teams Up with Lunchbox for a Unified Digital Transformation

    In a move to enhance its digital landscape, BRIX Holdings has announced a strategic partnership with Lunchbox, an enterprise restaurant technology company. This collaboration will extend across BRIX Holdings’ extensive portfolio, which includes well-known brands such as Friendly’s, Orange Leaf, Red Mango, and Smoothie Factory + Kitchen. The partnership aims to unify the digital experience at over 300 BRIX Holdings locations through a full-suite rollout of Lunchbox’s advanced technology solutions.

    BRIX Holdings Technology Integration

    Building on the success of their recently acquired brand, Clean Juice—which has utilized Lunchbox’s technology for over four years—BRIX Holdings plans to expand its digital capabilities significantly. The integration will bring a seamless ordering experience, combining catering and everyday online orders into a single POS system. This effort will connect the loyalty and rewards experience across all channels, enhancing guest engagement and streamlining operations for franchisees.

    “We’re excited to partner with Lunchbox to deliver a seamless experience for both our guests and our franchisee partners,” said Sherif Mityas, CEO of BRIX Holdings. “Given Lunchbox’s success with Clean Juice, we are confident that this collaboration will significantly elevate the operations across our entire portfolio.”

    The partnership will introduce a fully branded user interface and a POS-integrated system to all BRIX Holdings locations, ensuring a cohesive operational flow from the front to the back of the house. An integrated system is crucial for enhancing the guest experience, as it allows for consistent service, efficient order processing, and a unified loyalty and rewards program. Guests will enjoy a more personalized and streamlined experience, with the ability to easily place orders, redeem rewards, and engage with their favorite brands in a cohesive digital environment.
