Clean Eatz, the health-conscious lifestyle franchise brand known for its mission to promote healthy eating through convenient meal plans and dining options, has taken a pivotal step forward. They recently just appointed Eric Wyatt as its first-ever CEO. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the restaurant and retail sectors, Wyatt’s appointment signals an ambitious new phase for the brand as it seeks to strengthen its position in the health and wellness market.
Industry Expertise Meets Personal Wellness Mission
Wyatt brings a wealth of leadership experience, having previously served as CEO of NORMS Restaurants, a California-based chain, and held executive roles at Boston Market and Corner Bakery Cafe. His resume also features senior positions at major brands like Panera Bread and Starbucks. He is described as being known for fostering strong team dynamics, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading market expansions.
Wyatt’s personal commitment to healthier living aligns seamlessly with the mission of Clean Eatz. Following a full knee replacement surgery, he adopted healthier lifestyle choices—echoing the values Clean Eatz champions.
“Serving as the first CEO of Clean Eatz is a unique opportunity to leverage my restaurant experience and empower others to embrace healthier lifestyles,” Wyatt stated.
He emphasized the brand’s dedication to coast-to-coast expansion and innovation, underlining a shared goal of promoting wellness across the U.S.
Focusing on Franchise Growth and Support
Under Wyatt’s leadership, Clean Eatz will aim to bolster its franchise network, which has grown to over 100 locations across 23 states since its franchising launch in 2015. His strategic vision includes building strong relationships with franchisees, reinforcing support systems, and enhancing profitability. In his initial 90 days, Wyatt expressed he plans to engage closely with the brand’s franchisees, support teams, and the distribution centers that drive Clean Eatz’s service.
Co-founder Evonne Varady expressed confidence in Wyatt’s leadership, noting, “
Eric’s journey brings our founding mission to life: living a healthier life by making healthier choices. His ability to translate his personal commitment to wellness into leadership and innovation is exactly what we need as we entrust him to lead our brand through this dynamic time.”
Wyatt’s forward-looking strategy is expected to attract highly qualified new franchise candidates, as Clean Eatz looks to expand its reach into states such as Delaware, Massachusetts, and Utah.
