In her new role, Maynard will oversee FranConnect’s global professional services, customer success, technology services, training, and support teams, bringing her wealth of experience in the SaaS industry to enhance the customer experience.
Maynard’s role will focus on refining the company’s customer experience strategy as FranConnect continues to scale its offerings. Industry Veteran with Proven Track Record
Maynard’s addition to the team comes at a pivotal time for FranConnect, following a series of major product launches and acquisitions. She brings over 15 years of experience in customer experience and success management, having held key leadership positions at Prove and ID.me. Most recently, at Prove, she directed post-sale strategy for over 350 Fortune 500 clients across industries like Financial Services, FinTech, and eCommerce. At ID.me, she led post-sale initiatives for over 600 top-tier clients, overseeing operations in sectors such as eCommerce, Healthcare, and Government.
Her background also includes leading a Digital Transformation Program at Accenture, where she implemented technology solutions addressing operational challenges in Finance, Security, and HR. Recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, Maynard was named one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Cyber Security by The Software Report in 2022.

The company recently acquired RizePoint, a leader in Quality Management Systems, and launched a series of innovative solutions, including Analytics, an overhauled Royalty Manager, and a cutting-edge Operator/Frontline Employee Training tool. These advancements have fortified FranConnect’s unique ability to provide a comprehensive view of the operations lifecycle for multi-location businesses—from supplier and lead management to payment reconciliation and employee training.
With a target of reaching over 2,000 brands and 1.5 million locations worldwide, FranConnect is executing an aggressive expansion plan.
